No, I wouldn't call it the minimum expectation. I'm happy when people reply quickly, but people do have other stuff going on in their lives and sometimes they can miss checking their inbox on Day 1 or 2. Another reason why it's so important to add detailed schedules, so that whoever that last person is can immediately use the existing schedules and schedule the game without being dependent on others.
if it is less important that i.e they cant reply within a day or 2 - in an era when ppl are checking emails every few minutes, they have more important things than quizzing that week. agree. they should let others get on with it though. nobody should let their priorities dictate how other eager players want to go about it
it would also be good etiquette for ALL 4 to respond within 24 hours. if you are signed up for a weekly quiz league, it is the minimum expectation
